SIZING

Unless otherwise specified, all sizing is unisex. Most items should fit similar to other brands that you own, so purchase your normal size. If you are unsure, reach out to us and we can help with more specific item fits.

SHIPPING INFO

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Orders take 3-7 days to produce and fulfill, after which it’s shipped out. USA orders typically arrive 3-4 business days after that. Items are produced in a variety of locations around the country, so the location they ship from may vary. We will provide tracking info as soon as your order is on the way!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by emailing us!

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, feel free to reach out. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
